SheSquared is run by two sisters. One straight, the other gay. Both dedicated to locating and selling fashionable, functionable, cool clothing and jewelry that appeals to gay women and their straight friends, family and supporters.  We hope that all women who come to our online store have a unique, positive, fun shopping experience.  Unfortunately, this isn’t always the case for gay women shopping in a traditionally straight clothing store, but we hope that changes soon.

We get asked all the time why we started SheSquared.  The answer is really a bit of an evolution.

So here’s how it started:

We were looking for clothes that were comfortable.  Clothes that fit our bodies  but weren’t too feminine.  The clothes needed to be cute, and preferably didn’t need to be bought in the men’s department. And if you’re a lesbian, you know this isn’t always easy.  Reality set in, and we realized that we didn’t have the funds to start a clothing line right off.  So we decided to design a lesbian t-shirt, and perhaps look for some cute  bracelets and watches.

At SheSquared.com, we are dedicated to locating and selling fashionable, functionable, cool clothing that appeals to gay women.  Whether you identify as lesbian, dyke, lipstick lesbian, gay woman, butch, sporty lesbian, baby dyke, or whatever, we hope you’ll visit our store.  And bring along your fashionable straight allies, whether they’re a friend, parent, sibling or girl you’re hoping to bring over to our team!  We want all provide all women with  a unique, positive, fun shopping experience.  We’re all about bringing fashion to women who love women, and when you really think about it….. who doesn’t love women??
